Looking for horse board.

The Horse: A 10 year old maire Quarter horse. She is a easy keeper and prefers routine. She doesn't like being in a stall, but also doesn't like being rained on.  She enjoys space and distance from other horses so grass and space is a Must if she goes out in a field with other horses. She LOVES humans, but will take a moment to get to know you before she loves on you like a dog.  She enjoys kisses and scratches. She also enjoys grooming you back when you scratch on her. She does NOT do well in environments with aggressive energy or with people who are aggressive handlers.  She enjoys anything mentally stimulating. LOVES Fresh water and shavings. And a warm water spa day when needed. I will be providing grain with color coordinated and written AM, PM bags that will be preset and ready to use. I have a 16', 3 horse, stock trailer that I would like to leave on site as well.  With that being said, I have no problem helping with transportation if need be for others at the facility. But I won't be lending or renting my trailer out. About the Owner: Over 20 years in the horse industry. My background consists of show grooming, barn management, trainer, barn caregiver, fence repair, ect. I ride English and Western, But I will not claim to be a pro in either and always learning. I love trail riding. Mom to Teens. I'm Independent contractor in the housing industry. I offer punch-out/turn-key work inside and out on Businesses, Restaurants, Personal homes, Rental properties, ect. Services Offered from; basic/deep/custom cleaning, move in/out cleaning, organizing, pressure washing, shampooing carpets, drywall repairs, painting, staining decks, renovation on furniture, hauling horses, scheduling appointments, ect. The barn that I am at currently, I have been working at as well as volunteering for 5 years. I would like to have the same ability wherever I may board if possible.
