A Beautiful Healthy Looking Shepherd Was Found With His Chain Stuck Under The Back Tire Of My Jeep This Morning. I know whoever owns him must be missing him, if they’ve even noticed he was gone yet. Clearly he broke free and ran off so who knows, his person could be at work. So if this is your dog or if you know who he belongs to I have secured his chain on my fence so he doesn’t get stuck anywhere else, hit by a car or picked up by animal control. I have given him water and a snack.
