Responsibilities and Duties: General Maintenance & Repair Basic Electrical Work Basic Plumbing Some Carpentry Repair, Mud & Tape Drywall Drain Clearing Experience a plus General HVAC abilities desired Skills & Abilities: Ability to use a Ladder [Can't be afraid of Heights] Ability to lift 50 lbs required. Transportation & Equipment: Valid Driver's License Reliable Vehicle with Current Tags [Mileage is paid for] Current Car Insurance Tools needed to complete the Work Benefits [Available after 60 Days] Dental Insurance Paid Holidays [6 Major Holidays] Paid Time Off [PTO] Benefits [Available after 1 Year] PTO increased to 11 Days per calendar year starting January 1st, will accumulate at the higher rate starting on your anniversary date.
