Upright Piano move

I need 4 strong men to get a 100 year old Pianola (~800-1000 pounds) down 3-5 outside steps on a dolly and pushing it up a ramp and into a truck in Sheepshead Bay next week. Drop off is a loading dock in South Williamsburg. No stairs involved! Best to have movers with the right equipment: dolly, moving straps, truck with a ramp - (or I can try to rent it). I am willing to pay $400 for the complete job! (It would be even ok to just help me getting it into the truck in Sheepshead Bay, I could drive the 30min to Williamsburg myself and ask workers there to get the piano up the ramp to the freight elevator). Attached are the photos of the piano, the required outside steps, and the driving route. There is a youtube video of 1 very skilled(!) guy moving a similar piano by himself - but without stairs! =>
