Job description Major Job Responsibilities : Customer Management* • Understands customers with regular communication with the Account Manager • Represents a professional image with all crew members, by maintaining proper employee actions, and through the use of approved USL uniform • Able to respond properly to the Customer and follows up to make sure their needs have been completed to their satisfaction. • Inspects properties prior to service and prepare a plan for service • Review irrigation systems to ensure proper coverage of plan Employee Management* • Trains crews to include proper operation of equipment, installation, pruning and safety practices to meet job expectations • Organizes, manages and monitors work progress • Coordinates labor needs with Managers/Owner for additional resources within Safety Management* • Enforces compliance of Safety Programs • Monitors all vehicle and equipment safety inspections • Understands Hazcom Program and maintains SDS sheets for enhancement vehicles • Responsible for the service, maintenance and storage of enhancement equipment • Completes all necessary safety forms and documentation Typical Qualifications* To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
