Women4Women Jax , HealthJoy, and Paychex welcome you to our November event, Level Up: Holiday Happiness. We'll hear from Gina Schimpff our inspirational featured speaker, on best practices to reduce stress throughout the holidays. Including a topic that is often overlooked, the importance of sleep hygiene. And afterward, we will "level up" our charcuterie skills with a hands-on tutorial from Aimee at Olive Grazing! Come hungry as we will each get to create and take home our own charcuterie board! We will also be giving out a door prize for one lucky lady, so reserve your spot today!
