Essential tasks: 1. Inspect material for conformity to customer requirements. 2. Perform calibrations as needed and document the status of measurement devices. 3. Conduct and document audits. 4. Test material properties using laboratory equipment. 5. Notifies the operator of the action to correct or stop further non-conforming material from being produced in accordance with applicable procedures. 6. Identify non-conforming material and segregate. 7. Document non-conformances and assist with MRB activities. 8. Audit each department a minimum of once each shift for production quality, inspection status, and the use of proper procedures. 9. Read blueprints and interpret processing specifications. 10.
