VALID DL REQUIRED MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD (we don’t expect perfection but nothing major) Must pass background check This is a W2 position (paid with check or direct deposit) We are a “small company” looking for someone to join our team. You will be treated correctly and will be spoken to with respect. If you wish to grow and one day in the near future make a good income, if you are willing to put the work in then this could be a good opportunity for you. What do we do? We offer weekly service to pools in Ventura County. This is a job where we have plenty of freedom but it is general labor at the end of the day. You will sweat, you will be cold. What you will be expected to do- Brush, Skim(net), check and balance chemicals, vacuum, work in light rain. Yes, we work when it’s sprinkling. Do we require experience- No, we accept anyone that is willing to learn. Your work will be appreciated with us. We don’t offer benefits since we are still small and our budgets aren’t as high as big companies. After 6 months we offer- Thanksgiving week off (paid), Christmas week off (paid). The pay is $15.00/hr with overtime almost every day. About $165/day before tax. Our hours of operation are typically 7am-5pm Again, if you put in the work and provide value to the company then your compensation will change as we grow. Don’t expect the same pay forever. We really want someone to grow with us and your pay will reflect your growth and experience with us. We need someone that is reliable. We will not tolerate any absences within the 6 month probation period unless it is an emergency. Hopefully we haven’t scared you off yet. Join us and see how far we can get.
