A night of fun, laughter and wellness! This is a 2.5 hour event that will be full of fun times, great learnings and meeting some new wonderful women! Salt Therapy - Infrared Sauna - Vegan Food - Candle Making and Oracle Cards! Come alone, come with a friend, or come with a group! All are welcome! Every 30-minutes you will transition to the next activity! 30-minutes of Salt Room Therapy (4 people in the room together) 30-minutes of Infrared Sauna (Two saunas, 2 people per sauna) 30-minutes of Vegan Food with our friend Heather from Live. Love. Eat. 30-minutes of soy candle making and oracle cards with our friend Courtney from Light + Keys What to bring: -Water bottle -Change of clothes after the sauna if you'd like. We provide hand towels. Note: -Please let us know if you would like to be grouped with certain people -Please be aware this could go slightly over time allotted
