Come join us on 01/ 10 , we will be providing live music performances from local artists, Meditation classes, Yoga classes, and Sound therapy. If you're just looking to eat and relax, EXPO ZEN will have food vendors available for your convenience. Come join us and witness a unique ZEN experience like you have never seen before! -------- Mind Body Elevation is hosting the Yoga and Meditation class, MBE is an up and coming company that focuses on overall health & wellness. MBE provides custom physical training programs to strengthen the body while implementing Yoga/Meditation to connect with the mind. Combined, these practices create Mind & Body harmony to elevate our spirit. Instructor Lazaro will be leading the class, he has been working on his meditation/yoga practice for two years and has created techniques that can improve energy levels, digestion and align chakra points. His partner, Coach Marian is a certified personal trainer who will assist in these sessions. Once the sessions end, Coach Marian will be providing personal tarot readings to provide clarity and insight to those who seek it. LETS GET ELEVATED!
