We are looking for a reliable housekeeper to grow with our family. I would like for my children to know they can trust and adore those who care for the environment they are raised in. HOURS: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM PAY: Start at $15/hr, increase to $16/hr starting your second month here, increase to $17/hr starting your third month here, increase to $18/hr starting your fourth month here, increase to $19/hr starting your fifth month here, After this, your pay will increase at a minimum of 3% annually. Your work week will usually look like this: 1. Follow a checklist to clean different areas in the house (MWF 8:30 - 11:30), so that by the end of each week the entire house has been cleaned. 2. On Tuesdays you just do meal prep & thoroughly clean the kitchen. On your first Tuesday we will create a meal plan so that I can purchase the groceries & supplies. 3. When my son wakes from his morning nap (sometime between 11:30 & 12:30) we take a break for lunch and then you switch to playing with him. We have three play areas and a playground to keep things fun and enjoyable. We know that there is a learning curve with this job so in the beginning we will help you, this is why you start at $15 per hour. Each month, you will increase your responsibilities with running the house and your compensation will increase until you are making $19 per hour. NOTE: I work from the home office, it is VERY important that the house remain quiet throughout my workday.
