Larissa is the owner of Glitter Thicket, a vegan cafe located at 88 Burd Street in Nyack. Larissa has been baking and cooking vegan foods professionally for many years. Before Larissa began baking, she worked for a non-profit giving lectures educating people about the benefits of eating a plant-based diet, for personal health, for the planet, and for non-human animals.
