The National Institute of Minority Economic Development (NIMED) is conducting a regional workforce equity assessment on behalf of the Piedmont Triad Regional Council. We will be holding a public listening session at the Housing Authority of Winston Salem Cleveland Avenue Homes on Nov 2 from 11a to 12:30p. We are interested in hearing your experiences in seeking employment, some of the successes you may have had, as well as some of the barriers you have experienced in finding a good job. Your participation is vital to our effort to provide a complete and accurate understanding of the workforce training needs in the area. Participants will be compensated for their time with a $20 Walmart gift card.
