Taking the best of Texas beef and pairing it with the best from the Texas barrel, guests will enjoy an expert guided experience you'll only find out West. Executive Chef Joseph Guzman brings his expertise on authentic, West-Texas cuisine to present premium aged beef and flavors you won't find anywhere else. Balcones Distilling delivers bourbon distilled in the heart of Texas to compliment Guzman's 4-course menu. Designed with the cowboy in mind to stay true to Toscana's rancher roots, the Bourbon & Beef dinner presents the best of the west in one flavorful event. Dinner includes a complimentary shuttle service to the Civic Center for those attending Thursday's WRCA rodeo events. Arrival from 5-5:30 p.m. will include cocktail hour with passed appetizers before seating for the guided menu presentation with experts from Toscana and Balcones Distilling.
