Looking for new home

We have a Walker coonhound looking for a new home. He turned 1 year old in July. He is my daughter’s dog that she rescued from the owner when he was a puppy. He was the runt of a litter of 12 and was born with 3 legs and 3 toes on his back foot and a short tail. She bottle fed him to get him strong enough to survive the rest of the puppies. She has gone off to college and I do not have the time or the space that he needs. He is neutered and up to date on all of his shots. We are looking to find him a good loving home with someone who has the time and patience to give him and room to run. He is house trained and obeys simple commands. He does need some more training though. He is very sweet and loves attention. He loves kids and has been around other dogs. He has not had much exposure to cats or other animals so I cannot say how he would interact with them. If you are interested or have other questions please let me know.
