Looking for help cleaning exterior of rental properties: 40 properties (NE Mpls, BC, C Hghts, Fridley, etc) While Tenants are responsible for taking care of their lawn, it always seems like they only do the minimum. Generally it is a 1.5-2.5 hour task. But simple stuff: Removing suckers along fences and next to buildings, removing brush, edging sidewalk, cleaning fences of weeds and suckers, identifying weeds in landscaper area and removing them, hauling disposing of brush, cleaning gutters: If interest must have all your own equipment, and trailer, etc.
