One-BR. One resident. 7th floor in a newer high rise bldg. Office in apt which becomes quite dusty. Seeking highly qualified person for a potentially long term position. 2) Cleaning once/month for 6 hrs. $25/hr, Tl $150 by check. 3) Once per month, any day but Sunday. Six hours beginning at 6 am and ending at noon. 4) Please be trustworthy, dependable, confidential, efficient and quiet. 5) To do: clean every surface: LR, BR, Bath, + kitchen. Vacuuming, dusting, some ironing, polish furniture, clean bath/shower, mopping kitchen + bath floors. 6) Duties also include doing laundry, taking out trash, cleaning dishes. 7) I'll provide supplies and equipment.
