We are in need of a person that can clean a small Bank Monday through Friday but the Friday cleaning can be done anytime on Saturday or Sunday, if you don’t want to clean it on Friday. It only takes you about 40 minutes to clean it; it's very easy to clean. It's the type of small bank that's located inside of the grocery stores like Publix and Krogers etc… You will be paid right at about $435 per month, per location. I have 3 locations: Spring Hill, TN - $435 Monthly Franklin, TN - $435 Monthly Brentwood, TN - $435 Monthly We don't pay hourly; we pay for the job to be done. Yet, if you looked at it from an hourly standpoint it would be about $21 per hour. The work must be done After 5:30 p.m. and it must be done before 11:30 p.m. Type of Duties: You’ll be vacuuming, changing trash cans, wiping down, and other small tasks. Pay Info: This job is not an hourly job; we pay for the work to be done. But if you did You will be working 5 Hours a week, 20 hours a month and the pay will be $435 monthly. This job is just some supplemental income. You must be detailed, honest, and trustworthy! If you cannot pass a drug screen, this is not the job for you. You will be paid either bi-monthly, or you can choose to just get one payment for the work that you do for the month. This Job Will Last As Long As Business Remains Steady! Would you like to work for a trustworthy cleaning company? If so, I have an opening that is soon to come open. From the very outset, I have some questions to ask you: Are you drug free? Do you need to make some extra money on the side to help with bills? Are you dependable? Are you drug free? Do you have an able body? Can you bend and lift over 50 lbs.? Do you have an eye for detail (This is a must)? Do you have a cell phone? Are you a hard worker? Are you respectful? Are you trustworthy? If you answered yes to all of the above questions, then reach out to us? You will need: - A state ID or Driver’s License and a social security card. What Are The Payment Terms? - You will either be paid bi-weekly or once monthly (This is your choice). - You will have no taxes taking out during the year. - You will be doing “sub-contracting” work. This means you will have no taxes taking out during the year. It will be your duty/responsibility to file your taxes. Once again, you will be provided with a 1099 form at the end of the year.
