We are seeking experienced, licensed and insured contractors and handymen to assist with radon mitigation system installations with the option of becoming a full-time technician. Candidates must have hands on construction experience ideally with some of the following knowledge: -masonry -light electrical -HVAC -plumbing -remodeling Must be capable and comfortable core drilling (heavy tools/equipment provided) through concrete slabs, foundation walls and other siding materials. Tall ladder work and tight working spaces (crawlspaces) is a requirement at times. Radon industry experience or radon specific certification/license is not required. Sponsored certification is offered to full-time technicians. As licensed and certified radon mitigators and measurement professionals, CORM LLC will advise on each project for all radon specific codes and standards along with providing any specialized radon parts, materials and tools. Candidates must own basic and working power tools. Must supply own PPE. Reliable transportation is required. Background check and non-compete agreement required.
