Hoping to find a workout partner for early mornings and/or late afternoons.
Someone to work out with from time to time. Motivate each other on occasion.
I do metcon, HIIT, TRX straps, weight/strength training.
I have workout sessions with a trainer during the early mornings, but I am approaching my fitness goals. I would still like to maintain the level of working out established with her, so having a workout partner will go a long way with motivation and accountability.
I prefer the Littleton/Lakewood area, but it is by no means a requirement.
