We are a small construction/property management / real estate firm out of Minneapolis. We've been active for well over a decade. I'm looking for an independent, confident, experienced handyman for rental unit fixes. This is situation is best suited for someone who has their own thing going as it's intermittent - basically when things break or turn overs happen. Someone with light electric, plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and organizational skills. Most important is someone that can take a written set of notes and apply their problem solving skills without needing a lot of supervision. Must keep track of receipts, invoices, etc. Mature individual preferred. Check, Paypal or Zelle are our payment options. MUST CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE.
