Flooring Tile Contractor Needed!

I am a full time Real Estate Investor and have been for 44 years. I need a Licensed Title Contractor for floor tile installation jobs on rental properties in Sacramento County. Must have current license, truck, tools, tile saw and have time to take on these jobs. I cannot have someone do it after work or weekends only. It would take too long. I DO NOT pay cash under the table. I have many properties and operate legally and above board on everything. Payment will be paid after the job completed and inspected. I have field rep that views all my jobs to verify quality control. My be Drug free! The first job is in Folsom and is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home on a concrete slab foundation. It is 1824 Sq. Feet. The second job is in Citrus Heights and also is a 4 bedroom 2 bath home on a concrete slab foundation 1632 Sq. feet. I want to tile the entire house. Tile the kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. You would Demo existing carpet and vinyl, pick up tile and materials from Floor & Decor tile, install new tile, grout and haul away your trash. I have 6 to 11 tile jobs like this each year. This is NOT a fulltime job. I want to build lasting relationship. I need someone who can do a GOOD job at a FAIR price. I used my last tile contractor for over 7 years before he had to retire. He was very inexpensive and did a good job. The photos are from a completed job of mine from last week.
