We are neighbors in 3 row houses with flat roofs that need repair. They have been rubber torched in the past but have leaks Some of us have worked on roofs before, We are looking for someone knowledgeable and experienced in guiding the work that needs to be done. A good assessment and diagnosis should be done before any work proceeds. The person can be a retired roofer; We can do all the work needed. We would buy the materials required.
