Free Rats plus cage

2 female pet rats about 1.5 years old! I don’t have time or money to care for them anymore so I need someone who can care for these babies and give them a good home! I will give the 3 tier cage for free as well as the hammocks toys litter and food I have left! One rat is a black dumbo, the other is a black and white fancy rat! the fancy rat does have a tumor on her arm which I have not been able to get checked out but tumors in female rats are common and usually harmless and can just be removed. I just want someone who can actually take care of them and spend time with them!
