We are looking for a live in nanny for January 2023 to December 2023 Childcare is about $1000 a month so that is what we are offering as well as room and board all bills paid including furnishing, electricity and wifi. Age of baby is: 5 months at time of start for one child What we are offering: -$250 a week every Friday -Your own bedroom and bathroom on the second floor with a loft as well. Our bedroom is down below. -Hours would be approximately 8-530 Monday to Friday depending on schedules so must be flexible -Will pay additional if we need additional hours on weekend Responsibilities: -feeding baby -dressing baby -making sure he’s getting his naps in -reading books and entertaining while awake -light housework including laundry, dishes, and sweeping and mopping of the bottom floor only. What we are looking for: -ideally a female with experience in child care -no couples. -must have own transportation -no pets -be comfortable with 2 small dogs. Dogs are not allowed upstairs. We understand that this role is not for everyone and hoping this is a mutually beneficial situation for someone needing a place to call home.
