If you can, please support this local school. “ My name is Candace and I teach 4th and 5th grade writing and science at Elrod Elementary. This year has been difficult to find the funds for science supplies, as my class budget isn’t enough to buy even a fraction of what we need for all 65 students. I normally pay out of pocket for a lot of my science supplies, but with rising prices I am finding it difficult to do this year. I am reaching out to the community in hopes getting some support with our much needed supplies this year. Some of the things needed are safety goggles, flashlights, batteries, beakers, etc. I am able to buy some, but not all of our supplies, and science is extremely important for these kiddos, plus it is their favorite subject!
