Patriot Holdings International provides construction & maintenance services for residential, commercial, industrial, and government clients nationwide. We are actively seeking a Full -Time Maintenance Technician/Snow Removal. As we are hiring urgently for the snow season. DUTIES Include but are not limited to: Responsible for snow removal, use of shovel and snow blower, etc. Perform maintenance and repairs of lots, facilities, and equipment as needed. General Maintenance – including grass cutting, weed pulling, sweep up garage with pan and broom, pick up trash, clean lighting fixtures, etc. Perform other duties as assigned and/or as conditions warrant. Observe rules and practices concerning quality of work; personal conduct, safety, effective, and courteous service to the public. Hours of work include Nights, Weekends, Days and Holidays. Minor vehicle maintenance – change flat tire, light bulbs, batteries, etc. Observe rules and practices concerning quality of work; personal conduct, safety effective courteous service to the public. REQUIREMENTS: Employee must have a High School diploma or GED. Employee must have a valid driver’s license. Employee must be mechanically inclined, and able to operate power tools. Employee must clean all assigned areas. Employee must be able to cut grass/trim bushes, use a snowblower. Employee must be able to load/unload approximately 80 lb. bags of salt. Employee must be able to lift heavy equipment in and out of a truck bed. Employee must be capable of lifting 100 lbs. and pushing 200 lbs. Employee must be able to paint. Employee must be able to shovel all forms of snow. Employee must be able to work unsupervised for periods of time. Employee must be available during all snowstorms to work up to Job Type: Full-time Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: 8 hour shift On call Overtime Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Application Question(s): Do you have any snow removal equipment?
