Precision Tile is a Lehigh Valley-based ceramic tile installer currently looking to hire entry-level and experienced, tile setters, finishers and laborers for commercial and residential tile work. Advancement with salary increases are always available as we aggressively train all employees to the level of tile setters. SHORT-TERM, WEEKEND AND PER-JOB/SUB WORK IS AVAILABLE! MINIMUM JOB REQUIERMENTS - ALL POSTIONS Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Most work is local, but some travel is required • All work is within a 60-mile radius • Additional compensation paid for travel between 30-60 miles The regular shift is 7:00 am -- 3:30 pm, Monday -- Friday • Overtime is regularly available BENEFITS INCLUDED – ALL POSITIONS Paid holidays, vacation, and personal days Overtime paid after 8 hr/day and on weekends Tool and uniform allowances End-of-year bonuses Paid training and apprenticeship program • Education and training are ongoing. Employees with little or no experience but, who demonstrate the necessary skills, will be trained to become tile setters with salary increases at every level General Laborers: • Applicants with little or no construction experience are welcome to apply • Training and salary increases can be swift Tile Finishers/Helpers/Grouters: • Applicants must have prior experience in the tile industry. • You will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in grouting, cutting tile, and installing substrates (cement board, mat, waterproofing) Tile Installers: • Salary will be commensurate with experience • Anyone with flooring experience is welcome to apply.
