Duck needs help

Hello my younger sister decided to get a duck which I told her wasn’t a good idea they require a lot, and it’s grown to be too much for my mother, it’s an indoor duck with dogs also in the home, and now I believe the duck has bumblefoot, and hops on one leg it’s sad to see and there’s no money for a vet, I don’t know what to do in this situation but make a post on here and maybe someone can care for her or take her into a sanctuary please help Text me if able to help
