Music Engineer needed for mixing and mastering

I am in need of a music engineer/mixing and mastering professional that can bring the best sound out of my music. Fairly new to this: The DAW I use is fl studios. Please Please PLEASE DO NOT contact me if you are not GOOD at this. I will not shell out anymore money until I get the proper sound. NO half up front then half before delivered. I’m sorry if im being blunt, im just tired of spending money and not having a finished product or nothing to show for it. I have found that most people doing this do not have an ear for music, they’re just doing this as a business or side hustle and they use the same exact plug-in setup for every song. If that is you, God bless you but please leave me alone. I take this serious and im trying to get better, I don’t need my time wasted. I have hundreds of songs and I just need the right person to start this journey with. The music I make is Christian with more of an indie sound. Thanks to whomever took the time to read.
