hardwood Refinishing Project 10/31/22 Need Sub-Contractor ASAP

Busy flooring company on the western slope has a hardwood refinishing project in Aspen starting on 10/31/22. We are looking for a quality sub contractor immediately. The floor is a 7" walnut. It is 886.61 sq ft & it also has 13 treads that need to be refinished. Floor is getting 1 coat neutral dura seal stain & two coats oil base. You must have dust containment units and quality well operating equipment. This is a very high end project and we are looking for a high end subcontractor that we can pay accordingly for high end service. We are paying per sq ft, supplying all stain, finish and we are also reimbursing all gas used on this job with proof of receipts.
