student seeking room to rent

Student here looking for a room or basement to rent that’s accessible to foggy bottom via metro, but would prefer somewhere within a feasible biking distance. Although- I am currently having issues with some grant/loan issues and will likely lose campus housing so metro accessible would be fine as well. I’m a studious, well mannered, respectful, and tidy guy. I also am more than happy to clean, pet sit/watch, or do any of those annoying chores if needed or would be of assistance.
