We are searching for at least one younger individual floor technician that has experience in cleaning commercial floors. We need someone that knows and can operate a walk-behind floor scrubber and is not afraid to work. The job will take place at an 11,000 square foot brand new bar/restaurant that just opened up near the RIM. The job entails the following... lifting and moving heavy wooden high-top tables back and forth, including chairs, big leather sofas and coffee tables located out on their patio bar and throughout the main area. We are in charge of scrubbing and mopping the floors throughout the entire restaurant and kitchen area every single night, 7 nights per week and 363 days throughout the year (off Christmas and Thanksgiving night). Again this requires a lot of heavy lifting of the tables and hand scrubbing behind and under areas the machine can't reach. You must be able to work at a fast pace with no distractions as we have 3 to 3.5 hours to complete the entire restaurant. Serious Inquiries ONLY.
