normal ball python rehoming - $75 for everything, including snake

Hey all! I must rehome a friendly ball python due to time constraints - he is about 9 years old now. I care more about him landing a good home than money, so I am only asking $75 for him and everything he needs - the 40 gal tank, the lid, the lamp fixture, and the bulbs in it. I can also offer the rats I have frozen, more than a month and a half's worth for certain, for another $25. So $100 in total for snake and stuff + rats. Otherwise, $75.
