Outside Customer Retention and Field Collections Position Available Job Summary: If you’re looking for a job with a flexible schedule and unlimited earing potential. This is the job for you! Hiring independent thinkers with drive for commission-based paycheck and uncapped earning potential! This is an outdoor job field retention, not an office job. You will need a reliable vehicle for transportation to and from customer addresses. We work face-to-face with telecommunications customers who are past due on their bills and help them retain their services by paying their bill. If payment cannot be recovered, then the cable equipment is recovered. You get paid either way, with base pay for EVERY STOP! All leads are provided. Bonuses available for top performers. Average income for driven employees is $20/$30 hour. Candidates must haves, no exceptions: • Reliable vehicle available to use for field work. (Vehicle Expense Reimbursement provided) • Valid Driver's License, Vehicle Registration and Insurance • Must have a valid Drivers’ License; satisfactory driving record required • Access to computer and printer and basic computer skills. • Ability to work independently while being willing and able to communicate with the Local Manager daily. • Desire to work outside an office setting; this is not a call center position.
