Handy man/general and manual labor – Growing small family business. Full time work or hire by the project. We have 15+ acres with rental cabins and RV spots. We run a few head of cattle as well and we are on the lake. I need someone that would be a good general maintenance/upkeep person. Fence repair, light plumbing, painting, carpentry, lawn care, work with cows, general repairs and maintenance of buildings which may include changing A/C filters, light fixtures, deck repair, roof leaks to name a few. Must be a team player and available by phone on an on-call basis to respond within a reasonable timeframe. MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING ----- Transportation, U.S. social security number, a clear background check and references. MUST have strong character & integrity, possess good people skills, be honest, hard-working and dependable/reliable. I think I’m fairly easy to get along with and work for, but I have zero tolerance for anyone that lies to me or cheats me. If you do not possess the above-mentioned character, skills and work ethic, please do not waste my time or yours.
