Need help with broken stub on car wheel

I need help and I need someone who knows what their doing someone who won't do a half job. I've been having some bad luck with people from Craigslist this is my last attempt before I just go to the shop. A guy changed my wheel hub with one at a junkyard which I wasn't particularly happy with but I accepted it because the car was driving good. I saw a lugnut looked like it wasn't tightened all the way and I tightened it and it broke off. Now the wheel is making this rubbing grinding noise and it sounds bad. Can someone please fix this I have money what will you charge? I'm so disappointed I have to keep revisiting this same issue I just want the wheel fixed. I need this done asap. 2000 toyota avalon
