Passengers may remain on the boat until 1:00 am, but the boat will be dockside at 12:30 am, to allow those passengers who wish to disembark to do so. There are 2 interior and 1 exterior decks on the Portland Spirit. The band and dancefloor will be located on the second floor. There will be a bistro menu and 2 full service bars available for purchases on board. No alcohol, open containers or outside food permitted. This is a non-smoking cruise. No illegal drugs, or controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, will be tolerated. Using marijuana on the water is illegal, regardless of medical condition(s).
