Description

I need someone to complete several small carpentry projects. Please provide a quote, cell phone number, and a brief description of your experience. Please bid on all 4 projects separately. Project #1: See Picture 1 - Frame out around the mini split. Basically, we want to have 1 board that goes from wall to wall and from the ceiling to the bottom of the cabinet to the right (approx a 6 foot by 4 foot square) with a hole cut out in the middle for the mini split. It may require some 2x4 blocks and shims to be added to the wall to make it so the board is plumb when installed. The blocks and screws should be to at the edges and trim added around the edges to cover the screws. Project #2: See Picture 2 - The ceiling in front of the window is has a gap in it. Cut a 1 foot deep square in the ceiling in front of the window so more light can come in. This will make it so there will be 3 gaps in the ceiling instead of 1, so the next step would be to add drywall to cover up the gap (some framing may be necessary). Project #3: See Pictures 3 & 4 - We want to cover up the plumbing drain pipe. For the horizontal portion, Use a 1x6 to create a shelf above the pipes, and use another 1x6 vertically to cover the front side of the pipe that will be attached to the shelf. For the vertical portion in the corner, create a box out of 2 1x6's screwed together in a corner formation. Project #4: See Picture 5 with the shelf. We want to add dry wall to the left and right of the shelf, as well as below it. This would preferably be 1 peice of drywall with no seams needed. There is an outlet on the left side, we need a hole to be cut out and the outlet fixed and accessible on the left side. Trim should be added to the left and right side of the drywall.
