Add 4x8 PVC board to the shower walls, adding adhesive to the walls first, caulk seams, and add trim to the top and sides. Have the wall on the right brought out 1 inch and the PVC board added to the new wall to cover up the pipes. The top has a gap that needs to be filled in too that you can see in the picture.
