Second course: Venison Spetzitino - Braised Venison Slow cooked and pulled apart served in a red sauce over yukon potato
Third course: Boar Ravioli - Ricotta and Boar Filled Ravioli served in a herb Beurre Blanc
Fourth course: Alapaca Slider - Alapca meat ground and pated with jalapeno pepper jack on a grilled brioche slider roll
