Job requires building custom house pads WITH A LOADER - If all you've done is load trucks once in a while, DON'T APPLY. All our loaders are cabbed with AC - 100% of work is in North Scottsdale. We're a low key Mom & Pop construction company, with a willingness to work with their employees, where most of our current employees have been here 20+ years. Loader Operator pay starts at $22.00 hour and up, depending on experience / Laborer pay starts at $17.00 hour. Opportunity for overtime every week, with a chance for rapid advancement. You need to show up to work every day on time. A valid driver's license is required - CDL is a plus. This position requires individuals that can operate a Wheel Loader & Grade Tractor, process dirt for compaction and ability to read plans. Must be able to pass a drug test. Medical & Dental available, along with Paid Holidays.
