REBIRTH MAINTENANCE & CLEANING SERVICES is an up and coming property services company servicing the metro Detroit suburbs and surrounding areas. We offer various residential services including cleaning services, property maintenance and home repair services, full service painting, and landscaping. Due to overwhelming demand, we are now hiring additional team members! We are seeking experienced and reliable residential cleaners, general laborers, and handymen/maintenance technicians who take pride in their work. These positions entail traveling to various properties, providing excellent customer service, completing services based on the job checklist, and keeping track of all company supplies. To be successful with our company, you should be highly efficient, have great stamina, a positive attitude, and dedication to excellence as well as respect for the properties we service and its owners. All of our positions start as part time with opportunities for full time after a trial period. Pay for each position starts at the following: Residential Cleaner - $25 per hour General Laborer - $18 per hour Hanyman/Maintenance Tech - Based on experience (discussed at interview) All positions are paid weekly via direct deposit. These are contract positions. All contractors are required to complete a W-9 and 1099's will be issued annually.
