Missing Dog

Pleasant View Drive near Karen Street, Fayetteville NC

He is smaller than a normal bassett hound. Dark brown color. Older male dog. Blind in one eye, sometimes walks in circles. He only has one speed - slow. He was abandoned a few months ago and took up residence at my house and went outside early this morning while it was still dark and likely got misoriented.
