We are in need of a person that can clean a parking lot 5 days per week. Sunday Thru Thursday. This only takes about 1 hour to complete. The work must be done After 10: 00 p.m. and it must be done before 5:00 a.m. Type of Duties: You’ll be picking up trash out of the parking lot, using a backpack blower, changing trash cans, knocking down a few webs, and a few other things as well. Pay Info: This job is not an hourly job, we pay for the work to be done. But if you did look at it from an hourly standpoint: You will be working 5 Hours a week, 20 hours a month and the pay will be $500 monthly. This breaks down to be about $25 per hour, if you looked at it from an hourly standpoint. Again, this is just some supplemental income. You must be detailed, honest, and trustworthy! If you cannot pass a drug screen, this is not the job for you. You will be paid either bi-monthly, or you can choose to just get one payment for the work that you do for the month. This Job Will Last As Long As Business Remains Steady! Would you like to work for a trustworthy cleaning company? If so, I have an opening that is soon to come open. From the very outset, I have some questions to ask you: Are you drug free? Do you need to make some extra money on the side to help with bills? Are you dependable? Are you drug free? Do you have an able body? Can you bend and lift over 50 lbs.? Do you have an eye for detail (This is a must)? Do you have a cell phone? Are you a hard worker? Do you have a pickup truck? Do you have a backpack blower? Are you respectful? Are you trustworthy? If you answered yes to all of the above questions, then reach out to us? You will need: - A state ID or Driver’s License What Are The Payment Terms? - You will either be paid bi-weekly or once monthly (This is your choice). - You will have no taxes taking out during the year. - You will be doing “sub-contracting” work. This means you will have no taxes taking out during the year. It will be your duty/responsibility to file your taxes. Once again, you will be provided a 1099 form at the end of the year.
