Bluegrass Awning Company is growing and looking to fill the following positions: Welder / Fabricator Must be familiar with basic machining processes (cutting, drilling, and grinding). MIG experience on Aluminum helpful but not necessary. A strong work ethic with a commitment to quality is important. Installer We are looking for an individual to join our installation crew. We need someone with basic construction knowledge who can quickly ramp up to help us meet our customers' needs. Qualifications: · Common knowledge of hand / power tools and hardware · Experience in the construction industry helpful but not required · Good work record with strong attention to detail · Must be able to work overtime · Must have dependable transportation Sewing Machine Operator Must be capable of sewing custom canvas awnings, roll curtains and various other shade productions. You should have basic knowledge of an industrial sewing machine and be able to measure, pattern, and order fabric. Must be able to maintain quality, work independently and be a self-starter.
