I currently have several houses i’m getting to turn in the next couple months. We are currently expanding out preferred vendor list! Qualifications Necessary: You must be insured. If you have a team or different crews, workers comp is needed. You must have your own Transportation and Tools. (Some materials may have to be transported from time to time.) Basic knowledge of construction, experience in the field, and references. Attention to detail (Ability to recognize completion in a unit and a clear Concise plan on how to Get from start to finish) Preference Qualifications: Moderate Plumbing Experience (Changing out Shut off valves, plumbing vanities and kitchen sinks, Replacing diverter valves, sweating copper fitting) Moderate Electrical Experiance (Replacing switches, outlets, light Fixtures, garbage disposals, Running wire for microwaves, Experiance with Copper wireing is a ++) Moderate Interier Painting Skill Demo Experience Heavy lifting accessible (Moving old appliances, In wall A/C Units, Cabinets) Framing Experiance (Basic woodwork, installing Cabinets, Cutting countertops, installing sink in countertops, basic drywall repairs Look forward to hearing from you!
