Description
Researchers at Northwestern University invite teens to participate in the Youth Mindful Awareness Program's (YMAP) current research study by submitting a 5-minute survey about their moods and well-being.
YMAP is a multi-site research project led by researchers at Northwestern University, Vanderbilt University, and University of California Los Angeles studying mindfulness as a tool to help teens cope with stress. Interested teens can participate in a brief online survey study answering questions about their current health (e.g. sleep, appetite, fatigue), moods, and worries. After completing the survey, participants will be entered into a raffle with a 1 in 50 chance to win a $100 gift card!
