VENTING TO ROOF FROM WATER HEATER COMMERCIAL

Long story short-- we had a plumber come out to do a gas water heater install from an electric water heater. The pipe goes up, but not all the way to the roof. I thought all we needed to do was find a roofer to cap the seal, however I was misinformed. I am looking to find someone ASAP to do the venting to the roof, if you are able to seal that would be very helpful. WILL PAY $$$$ We have had to shut down our restaurant due to no hot water and I am needing to get this done as quickly as possible!
