We are looking for a full-time on-site maintenance technician for a property management company. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Experience with residential plumbing, painting, hardware installation, troubleshooting/repairs, basic electric, patching drywall and other general maintenance. • Maintenance Techs are responsible for making apartments move-in ready & fulfilling maintenance requests at apartment communities. • Apartment renovations and turnovers/make-ready. • Exterior preventative maintenance. • Complete work-orders in an effective and timely manner. • Grounds keeping. • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred, but not required Please call Gloria at (619)818-2174 to set up an interview.
